The staircase will have two elevators having the capacity of 6 persons with a maximum load of 630 kg and the stairs equipped with metal banisters. 

The building has the P+10L structure, the residential ensemble is made of reinforced concrete walls made of 30 cm bricks in thickness and the exterior isolation is made of 10 cm polystyrene.

The ensemble will also have an exterior PVC joinery, with superior quality ironwork; ceramic tiling for the staircase, terraces finished with anti-slipping exterior tiles; intense traffic tiles for the staircase and the access hallway in the apartment; environmental illuminating; illumination for the staircase; exterior illumination with led bulbs; surveillance system of the building’s perimeter, building access and parking; the building’s perimetral sidewalk plated with prefabricated slabs; green spaces with exterior ornamental plants and a lawn; structural frame – plate type foundations, framework and slabs made of reinforced concrete, cellars at the basements – optional; exterior parking – optional; completely finished common spaces; administrative space; approach ramp for disabled persons. 

The ensemble disposes of arranged green spaces, a playground for children and access alleys. It is situated at several minutes of walking from supermarkets, schools, kindergartens, a sports complex, bus stations, but also from one of the town’s most appreciated forested green areas. Everything with direct access from the main road, through an arranged connecting road. 

The payment for the purchase of one or several apartments in the Green Residence ensemble can be made in cash or by bank transfer; “First House” type or mortgage credit.

The prices will be calculated in euro and the amounts will be paid in the developer’s account in Ron, at the BNR exchange rate from the invoicing date. 

The apartment’s price is of 36900 euro without VAT, this being of 5% in the case in which the buyer did not benefit before of a reduced VAT at another house purchase.
