The prices will be calculated in euro and the amounts will be paid in the developer’s account in lei, at the BNR exchange rate from the invoicing date.
The apartment’s price is of 57900 euro (53000 euro at the ground floor) without VAT, this being of 5% in the case in which the buyer did not benefit before of a reduced VAT at another house purchase.
