The reinforced concrete balconies are crowned in a classic Bavarian style, with protective railing and wooden panels.

The land surface of each individual unit is between 550-650 sqm, and the delivery of the houses will be in semi-finished stage, with exterior carpentry, thermo system and exterior decorative plaster as well as connection to utilities. For possible deliveries in “turnkey” finished stage, a personlized individual offer can be made.

The houses will be connected to utilities, and the sanitary interior and thermal positions without equipment, as well as the positions of the electrical installations are made at the level of the western standards.

The financial and constructive proposal is made in two variants:
